Donations

SJ Foundation relies on donations to fund its programs and initiatives. As a non-profit organization, donations are generally non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of funds to our projects and beneficiaries. However, we understand there may be exceptional circumstances, and we are committed to handling these situations fairly and efficiently.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future donations, you may do so at any time by:

Including your full name, email address, and donation details in your request

Please note that cancellations are applicable only to future donations. We cannot provide refunds for donations that have already been processed.

Refund Requests

In limited cases, SJ Foundation may consider a refund for a donation if a request is made promptly and for valid reasons, such as:

An error in the amount or frequency of the donation
Duplicate transactions due to a technical issue

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the donation date by:

Providing your full name, donation amount, donation date, and reason for the refund request

Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the funds have already been allocated to a project or if more than 14 days have passed since the donation.

Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, SJ Foundation will process the refund to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
